Great place.  The staff is very helpful and friendly.  The conditions of the park are top notch.  Very green and tons of trees and well maintained landscaping.  My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and not only will we be back but will recommend to our friends!!!

Worst RV experience in my 8 years on the road.  Big truck with no muffler starts up at 5:30 every morning and rides the length of the park waking EVERYONE.  Returns at 11:15 each night.  Management refused to honor quiet time stating "not ENOUGH people complained about it".  Loud trains blowing whistles all night.  Tiny sites.  WiFi only at office and very poor there.  OK park if you don't want to sleep at night.

For nearly 9 years my parents have been spending the winter here and have absolutely loved it until this past year.  I am afraid that due to a new "manager" they will no longer be there.  Most of the winter Texans they have become family with will be moving because of
what they feel is an extremely unfriendly and abrasive manager.

This is a great RV park, large concrete pads on every slot, clean showers, nice laundry facilities with several machine's, a pool and hot tub. They have a great passport rate and are very friendly and helpful. I wish all parks lived up to this one. Hands down the best value I've had yet in my time RVing.

I stay here every time I'm working in the area. It's mostly older mature people. The staff are always extremely polite and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept.
