Just traded in my class C at Lazydays RV in Tampa.  Had outstanding support and service all the way around.  Sales rep Eric Poe was helpful throughout the process and was on top of everything that had to be done.  The financial people , Christine and Andy, really went out of their way to help us get our loan in a timely fashion.  Bill Black and the service department got our coach ready and made some changes for us very willingly and efficiently.
I can't say enough about the people at Lazydays Tampa.

I have used Lazydays several times for the warranty repairs needed on my RV.  They have had to repair the flooring , seats, slides, cabinetry, and some other smaller repairs and they have completed each one exactly as promised.  I have yet to have a repair that they have made have to be re-done again.  My service advisor, Samantha, is great at keeping me in the loop about what is going on with my repairs and calls me to update me on the progress of the work without me having to call to find out what is going on.    Lazydays is by far the best place I know of to take my coach for repair.  I live about 500 miles from their facility, but I think I am better off to take my coach to them than to the places that I have available to me that are closer.

We have had a great experience  purchasing our new Montana 5th wheel from Lazydays.  I would like to recognize a few people which we feel went above and beyond in customer service.  Dan Potter our sale person never pressured us and took all the time needed to answer questions and show us lots of options.   We feel Dan would be a great asset to anyone looking to buy or just to look.  Also, Mark Cohen did a great job  helping us.  One of the great qualities was the number of employed military veterans at the Tampa location.  I support any company which supports our veterans!!!

We went to look and came home with new to us fifth wheel.  We have been looking for about two years and have never seen a dealership like this.  They have a fabulous inventory of new and used.  The purchase process is really organized.  They have a lot where you put your existing camper next to your new one and have time to transfer you stuff over.  There is a full hookup campground on the property so If you have been shopping I recommend you take a look here before you commit to buy anywhere else.

We had such an incredible experience buying our RV from here. Joe was an awesome salesman and we were extremely impressed with the customer service from every angle. I can’t imagine how they could’ve made us happier customers. They’ve definitely made us customers for life. The prices were really good too! Much much better experience than we had at another local RV retailer where we bought our first RV.
