Located in the heart of the Old Market, Le Bouillon offers a return to the great regional culinary heritage of France. In a lively, airy room that offers tables for groups of any size, Chef Paul Kulik presents his take on the comfort foods of rural France. Very high quality food, great service. The manager will teach you all about the wines and the chefs are fantastic. They have happy hour oysters at 1$ each that are very high quality and very fresh. Cocktails are great. They start true to French cuisine and compliment run their open renditions.

We went here on happy hour. Great food and very nice ambiance though the service was a little behind. Maybe because the place was packed. Nevertheless, we loved the food! I find it more American than French.

Not impressed. We were there for two hours and had to request for them to hurry to bring out our food, and then had to have the main course boxed up. The food itself was hit and miss. The soup was delicious and the oysters. The bread with meat was odd which is probably an acquired taste. We've had better experiences.

The wine, the staff and the food are always on point. This venue has consistently provided a unique Omaha experience the several times we have patroned this restaurant. I cannot recommend the wagyu steak that is offered enough, the taste almost brought me to tears. If you are in search of a great meal, and really unique glass of wine, with ambience, this restaurant is a summit for such items in Omaha. Always a beautiful experience.

I stopped here for lunch and sat out on the patio. The weather was great so the patio was extremely enjoyable. I had a burger with a side salad. The burger and bun were great and the soft cheese was a good touch.
