I'm afraid I was sorely disapointed when I took my dog in for a clip job. On the phone and in store the guy was really nice, and they had high Yelpl ratings so I decided to go ahead and pay the extra dollars. My dog had some areas that had been shaved for surgery, and I wanted to have her clipped so that it looked better. I told them to make her look pretty. ....they clipped her completely, and the shave job was awful. She was clumpy looking all over..everyone asked me for weeks, "what happened?" the minute they saw her!! I mean, if they had shaved her like a poodle I wouldn't have minded, but it looked like my blind grandmother had done it. Everything was clumpy, and nothing was even. I mean..even the hair on her ears were clipped so poorly that it grew out to look like two different ears. I'm still mad about it and it's been 2 months. I'm all for supporting small business, but unless you just taking your dog in for a simple wash and dry consider yourself forewarned. They did not mention at any time that they didn't have time to do a good job, in fact they were very nice and considerate on the phone and in person. When I picked her up I didn't get a close look of the dog until we got in the car. I was so disgusted and angry I didn't know what to do. It's not like I could take her back and ask them to fix it since she was already clipped far too much. It was the worst 75 bucks I ever spent.
