very nice service, detail explanation for our need, good price

I have called for  the prices of some items few weeks ago. The store manager sounds really rude and impolite. He told me don't call again, because the item they don't carry. ( What do you mean "Again"? I just call one time and  am asking if they have carry it or not?  I wonder why customer can not asking for any question that they have? .......)   I guess he may be misunderstood that I am someone else who call "again"!  Well, I won't call him anymore, not even wanted to purchase anything from this store, because of his attitude.

We use to come here and buy alot from this location because it is close to us.  We even get to know the manager Frank.  However once he realized we also make purchases from other stores.  He starts to give us a hard time.  He is extremely moody. Apparently, he is quite known for his issue. When we call to look for a specific model and talk to several store rep, his name often came up.  Now we rather make the drive to other stores than to deal with him.

I found the person I worked with to be nice and professional. Received a great 15-1/2qt dutch oven for 40% off. Parking there is no fun, but overall happy with the experience.

Frank is awesome. Been scoping this for my birthday for ages. Bought 5 things from clearance and was a happy camper. Will eventually buy the whole set.
