The nail tech that worked on my nails appeared to be very racist and not nice. He was nasty in his attitude and even rolled his eyes when I looked at him. The ONLY reason I stayed and didn't tell him how I felt  beca use I was on a time crunch and had other things to do. The nail tech next to us had to see how he treated me. Then he charged me $81 total for the full set with gel and rhinestone. I am reporting this to the BBB . My normal tech Ricky is awesome .....wish he had an open spot yesterday. I do not recommend this place....especially if you're of color. I could not believe he cared so less as to treat a customer the way he did. I reported to the salon tgs t once I got outside and really saw my nails...they are not coffin shape and he left the corners of each side sloppy with scrape marks from the file. It was a,terrible experience for me.

Paid over 35 for an acrylic fill (32 to get them on). Unsanitary. The person who was working on me FaceTimed her friends and family (rude). She talked to her co worker and said something and looked back at me and gave me a mean look. She kept trying to make me change my mind on multiple things when I said no she kept trying to get me to. I was there not even a week ago and my polish is chipping and my nails are loose. Please save your money and take your business else where.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I have been going here regularly for about 6 months now. For the first couple months, before i was really "known" by them for going there, I was overcharged, and charged a different price every time. Once they started to know me as a regular, I have been charged the 35 plus tax that is advertised for a fill and gel polish. However, I find that my experience here highly depends on the tech that does my nails. I often find that they cut my cuticles when they are shaping the acrylic, and safety practices aren't as evident here as they are at other salons I have been to. I find some of the nail techs really do a poor job, but there are some definite gems there.. Be sure to make an appointment with your favorite if you find someone you like and don't leave it up to chance. I have had some really beautiful work done here, you just have to be very clear about what you expect.
