"We're a Belgian bakery and restaurant serving simple, wholesome and seasonal food. Le Pain Quotidien means "the daily bread" in French, and like our name suggests, we're bakers at heart. Although our handmade, organic bread is how we got our start, we serve a variety of healthy options like organic coffee, pastries, eggs, tartines, soups, salads and desserts. At Le Pain Quotidien, we believe that food should be simple, nourishing and delicious. That's why we source ingredients that are local or organic whenever possible. We also believe in the importance of eating a healthy, plant-based diet, so you'll find many vegetarian or vegan options on our menu."

We went here for a Sunday brunch. They have a big space but were short on staff. Everything took long time. We tried the chicken soup which was good and the chicken sandwich with tomato and mozzarella. I liked the taste of it. My friend was disappointed by the size of cauliflower frittata as it wasn't enough. The waffle here was tasty as well but again a small waffle was served.
This place is amazing. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant itself is very beautiful. The best part is the food. First we got some pastries from the bakery and they were amazing! The actual breakfast came after and it exceeded expectations in presentation and taste!!! 10/10 recommend. Also staff and service were really good and will be coming back every time I come to New York! Love it
11$ breakfast sandwich. Quite okay, not the best breakfast but not the worst. To conclude good meal. Nice service With the with tips and coffee you will oay 50$ for 2 people.
Amazing breakfast and coffee place. Really well made Belgian waffles and Belgian mocha. Quick service. The staff wears masks and the vaccination card is required too. Highly recommended.
We needed a coffee but ended needing more than coffee!!! The coffee was great but the waffle out of this world. Ended up ordering chocolate croissant and pancakes and everything was just great great
The mini pancakes with banana is really good! I don’t have the photo but I had a sandwich ham and cheese, sadly it was room temperature and coffee warm not hot, other than that everything was good
Slow service clearly understaffed, so not exactly the waiters fault. Mâcha latte tasted like soap. Bottles and glasses were not clean. Oatmeal was tasteless. Forgot part of our order and didn’t apologize. $50 wasted, won’t come back. A shame, because the place looks really nice.
Food is decent, service is slightly slow as more tables required to be served, overall a nice place to hang awhile in
We enjoyed quality of the food. The service also was pleasant and fast.Recommended dishesAvocado Toast, Organic Dutch Mini-Pancakes
