Went in to get my son some shoes. I believe 3 employee's were working that day. All three men were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. As a local I hate to say this, but take your business elsware or off the mountain. Poor customer service at it's finest.

Didn't find the staff very helpful. Was checking out some shoes for my daughter and asked for a different size. Was told all they have is what's out. The door to the stock room was open and was packed with shoes.

Had a very good experience renting ski equipment at around $18 per day (ski, poles, boots). The equipment looks and feels like it was purchased this current season. 

The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend you rent your ski gear here.

I've gone here for the last 3-4 years, every winter to rent a helmet and everyone is always super chill. Shoutout to the dude at the rental place just this morning that convinced me to protect my cranium and in turn my neck as well haha
