The staff at Leah's Sweet Treats was fabulous. I brought sample pictures into my consultation and they could not have done a better job. It was exactly what I wanted. The cake was for a white coat celebration and it was decorated perfectly and tasted even better. Thank you!

I have used to services at Leah's twice now over the course of the past few years for two very important events. The first was for the 6th birthday of my stepson, who my husband and I had no knowledge of until he was 5. This was our first birthday with him and the cake was spectacular. We requested an avengers cake and although there were limitations due to copyright reasons, Leah's did NOT disappoint. Hulks hand was bursting through the top of the cake!! This weekend we pick up the smash cake (which was beyond reasonably priced for the size and quality) for our daughters first birthday and we picked up mini cupcakes as well. Everyone who tried all the treats commented on how delicious they were! We will absolutely be back!

Horrible customer service***** if nothing goes wrong with your cake then you will be fine, but let an issue come up and they will not try to help or fix the issue. When you order a cake from a place where cakes are their expertise you would expect that they know how to make the cake you ordered(in person) and write down the information correctly, right?!?! How come I ordered a smash cake and got basically a wedding cake?!? I paid $70 plus to get a cake that is not what I wanted at all. Your typical smash cake come to find out is only $25! The lady who took my order over charged me and wrote it down wrong! I had to cancel my little girls birthday photo shoot, because the cake was taller than she is! I tried to see what Leah's Sweet Treats could do to help me fix this problem and they replied with buy another cake! They responded with "my husband should have said something when he picked up the cake". My husband is a Fort Worth Fire Fighter who got off shift that morning and picked up the cake and they expect him to know what a smash cake is?!? They don't even know what a smash cake is, so why should he?!! All my husband knew was to pick up a cake. Im extremely upset that they shrugged it off and blamed it on my husband rather than trying to fix or make it better. That type character from a business is not something to be proud of. Yes, they can make sweets, but not if it isn't benefitting them. The moral reasoning behind this matter makes me think of nurses and I guess they shouldn't be held accountable for administering the wrong dosage. The patient took it, so the patient should of known it was the wrong amount. So, My husband and I are at fault for not knowing how to make specialty cakes. We should have went to school for making cakes and developed the skills to know specifications for Leah's shop to tell them how to make a smash cake. Reply to owner: Yes, you called and you said " we have a 4 but it scratched out and says 6...... what size did you want" that ma'am does not explain anything to me at alllllllll. I don't know cakes and it should have been explained to me what went wrong and what my options were not just saying to me literally word for word "we have a piece of paper that has a 4 scratched out on it with a 6" that is pitiful customer service for me to have to make up for yalls mistake on not training your employees to relay the information correctly. That could have been 6 dog 6 houses like what on earth do you mean. Nothing was explained to me and you can't own your mistakes and make it right. Paying for another cake is not helpful or even close to fixing the problem. I wanted what I had paid for is a perfect response when I just gave you $70 for a cake! I wanted what I had written down on my ORIGINAL order. I don't know the specifications of cakes?! That's YOUR job, Leah as a person who is skilled in making cakes. That's not my career that's why I pay some one for their expertise and expect them to know how to communicate correctly, but as I see it this shop is not skilled in all areas. As I'm beginning to read other reviews I realize this type of inconsiderate customer service is a constant problem.
