I made an appointment with Dien Leduc requesting a market analysis and comparable sales. She  came to my home with printed comps that she printed . She  toured my home. She wanted to leave the printed comps; however Once again I requested a written market analysis which she agreed to email.  I had to email her to inquire and she responded by sending the same comps. I emailed her again and left a voicemail, that was days ago. Contacting her was a waste of time. The info she provided I could’ve pulled on Zillow.  It is very unprofessional to not return telephone calls or emails. If it was something that you didn’t want to do or perhaps you wanted payment?  A realtor should be forthcoming.

This is a wonderful agency, and Cindy Schweizer has been wonderful to work with.  She is professional, patient, and thorough.  My husband and I have work with Cindy to find homes in the past.  I highly recommend John J. Lease and Cindy.

Very unprofessional agents! I have bought and sold many homes and this agency takes the cake. If you want to be set with 5pm ridiculous demands before inspection results are in, This is the place to go.  if you want to deal with agents who come off as they missed taking their meds, you will find them here. They will require you to sign contracts while they do not push their sellers to sign then drop you. The agents will lie and say inspection was done and passed perfectly only for your to waste your money to find out major damage and problems exists.  They will give you the run around threatening other offers all while hustling you.  Worst experience ever!  If you are looking for a fast prompt professional closing for your new home, this is the last place you should turn.  Multiple agents in this office have the attitude that their commission is more important than you finding a home and being happy. They will not work to satisfy needs nor do right with morale at all.
