This place is the worst doctors office I have EVER been to! I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to get services here! They do not answer their phones, the never return calls! The staff is rude and short with you when you do finally get to speak to someone. God for bid someone have a life threatening illness, they would most likely parish before someone, anyone would return a call with test results or even orders to get tests done! I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible!!! PLEASE KEEP AWAY!!!

Terrible place. They kept rescheduling my sons well baby visit which INCLUDE HIS VACINATIONS!!!!! He's. Now 3 months late on them thanks to them. Will definitely be finding a new doctor for us. Save yourself the time DO NOT GO HERE

Pediatrician is the BEST I've ever taken my kids to. However, they NEVER answer the phone, rarely call back and are RUDE! Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst place I've ever gone. I've moved around so much and gone to many doctors, and this is absolutely the worst place. I am so angry, I am deciding to review which is something I NEVER DO. So please, save yourself the time and don't go here. This place is very unclean and smells terrible. There are dead bugs everywhere. Also, whenever I try to call, whether it be about medications, making appointments, etc, it takes them A WEEK AND A HALF to get back to me. I mean I guess it's better than before when I couldn't leave voicemails, and the machine was full so it would just hang up. In addition, I remember when I was on a certain medication and the weekend was coming up, thinking I had extra refills at the pharmacy, I called and they didn't, my mistake. So I called the doctor and she wanted to see me first. This was for a medication l've been taking for four years for anxiety. The withdrawal was awful, but there was so much confusion between my doctor and the receptionist, that they still made me wait while I was on withdrawal. Next, I called and said I've been having headaches again, which is something I've been dealing with since I was eight years old. I called the place and left a voicemail asking if we could maybe increase the dosage of my migraine medication. A week and a half later, they finally call me and tell me I should DRINK MORE WATER and then call then back in three more days. Which in their time, means they'll get back to me in two weeks. AFTER 12 YEARS WITH MIGRAINES, DONT YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE TRIED THAT?! And lastly, I've had three different doctors since coming here in the year that I've been here. So please. Save yourself the time.

Well hoping I don't have a deathly illness and I make it the wait for an appt, I'll be lucky is the answer the phones at all, the doctor I saw was great but I don't wanna deal with all the rest to just see her.
