I'd been with them about 5 years.  Customer sevice has drastically declined over the years.  I had to file a Better Business Bureau complaint against them!  They also lost their ability to write policies for Travelers.

They authorized a new policy we didn't want with Metlife.   Metlife took money out of our escrow to pay for policy we did not want nor authorize.   Call Le Blanc,we were told they would take care of it.   They did not. 
My wife called LeBlanc a second time.....taken care of.   2 weeks later, no escrow money.  I called, they told me they had never spoke to my wife and I had to call Metlife.  Called Metlife, Metlife called Le Blanched and they told Metlife they had NEVER spoke to us nor received anything about a non-authorized policy.   Finally through Wellsfargo and Metlife.....should get escrow back.   Never again with people who claim they have never talked to me about cancelling a policy,when they wrote the original.......never again.

LeBlanc Insurance has improved their customer service skills tremendously. They are always there whenever I need them and I always get a call back within 24 hours.
