I used the pet cremation service when I lost my 18 year old cat. They are associated with a crematorium in louisville. I had her cremains back in about a week. The box and extras included are beautiful, I couldnt be happier. Their website is clear and helpful and there were no hidden costs. Mr. Taylor was wonderful in explaining the process.
