Awesome shop to work with. Very reasonable prices for service and repair and their knowledgeable staff can definitely get you up and riding again quick or point you in the direction of a great electric bike. Look forward to to working with them in the future.

I purchased a specialized Elec  fat bike that was built with a system from ectric-cycles. It has 1000 W motor.  Awesome!!!!

A couple of  minor issues and all were resolved in short order. A lot of companies talk about after sale service. These folks don't talk, they do whatever is reasonable, to take care of "ANY" issue and always with customer "SAFETY" being their priority. As long as I am able to ride, these folks are the only ones who will touch my bike. THANKS FOR BEING THERE.

We are a bike shop that does electric conversions.  I simply cannot recommend Lectric highly enough; it's hard to sort through the various kits available to find the good stuff, and Lectric gets it done.  In addition, their customer service is second to none; they have inexhaustible technical knowledge and a fantastic service attitude.  My first, second, and third choice to work with going forward.
