What a great experience!  Although we had to wait about 30 minutes, there was free wifi and plenty of seats. The staff was amazing!  Since we had just moved from Missouri we were not sure of everything we would need to verify residency. Dianna helped my husband with his license and even remembered "James" when we returned 2 hours later to register the car. She worked so hard trying to find an old registration from the 1990s. She should be commended for her excellent customer service. What a great experience to start our new Florida residency and early retirement.  Welcome to Cape Coral❤️

Had just moved to Florida, came here to register a vehicle and pay the outrageous fees.  They were so unbelievably rude!  Downright demeaning and condescending.  Three trips later, I still can't get my vehicle registered because of delays on their end.  I hate this place and the people who work up front with the fire of a million supernovas

Always busy but the staff is great always smiling. Wait time isn't bad if you go before the deadline.

Had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a clerk.  They need more help. It is ridiculous to have to wait so long.  Friendly staff though when I did get service.  That's why 3 stars.

I'd rather go here than other places in Lee County as it's usually not crowded & the staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating.
