I was very satisfied with Dr. Lee' excellent care. He is always very nice and gentle. He knew my problems clearly and ecactly right away. Two receptionists were so kind and polite. That is the right place to go if you need to see orthopedics.

Avoid this business if you are looking for a trustworthy doctor. He doesn't care for his patients; only treats them as customers to make money off of.

Dr. Lee was so great at explaining my symptoms and the receptionist girls were very friendly and quick! If you want to go to an office that does everything quickly, it's them!

I called in to schedule an appointment but the representative JESSICA was really rude and unprofessional. Kinda attitudes you would get when you called DMV or USPS. It is like she have forgotten that she is working in HEALTH industry where you  would need compassion and hospitality. But the way she takes the call for sick patient is not even close to that. Listening the way she handles patient, I can imagine the overall service quality.

If you really care about improving service quality in general do not go this hospital.

Terrible receptionist are extremely rude to the point I hate calling to ask questions!! Dr . Fred Lee diagnosis me with bone disease but did not offer anytype of treatment or help basically told me good luck and walked out the door. Also gave me wrong information on my knee had to find out from another doctor bad experience I wouldn't suggest this place ever especially if you have a serious medical condition
