Very generous and caring people who helped me with my closure for a loved one

Totally unacceptable.
I said I wanted to be there for my father's cremation, got there 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes. Finally someone opened the door. Was told they already started and I would not be allowed to be there.
HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT?!?
