I love this store.  I've been in there several times over the past 2-3 years and every time they have been friendly, helpful, and knowlegeable with regard to any questions I have asked.  I just recently bought a Brother Innov-is 1250D sewing and embroidery machine there and can't wait to attend some of the Saturday classes.  The actually offer quite a few classes I would love to attend but cannot due to my Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work schedule--but that won't stop me from attending those I can.  I will be recommending this store to any of my friends who want to buy a mahine.

I am not a crafty person and I don't even know how to sew but this place inspired me! They offer classes for sewing.  I will definitely be attending soon.

The customer service via a blond named Tammie has made it to where I will NEVER set foot again in that store.  She also works in the Hickory store, but when I go to that one, I make sure Susan is there to help.  This business is a 3part with a location in Hickory, Shelby, and Charlotte.  If you are wanting to buy a machine from these guys - I suggest the store location of Charlotte, ask for Barry, Cathy, or Nadine if you want GOOD Customer Service.
