Sara Hart with Lee Michaels in Lafayette, LA is AMAZING and helped me build the perfect black diamond stud earrings. We communicated like old friends during the process, and although I was very picky and specific about what I wanted, Sara made the process fun and seamless. She guided me with her style and expertise to put together a pair of earrings that is exactly what I wanted. The earrings were done within the timeline, price, and quality I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee Michaels and Sara Hart for quality jewelry and unbeatable service!

I’ve had several wonderful experiences with Lee Michael over the years at their Lafayette location with manager Kim Henry and staff which included personal purchases and evaluations of estate pieces....but I’d like to share the exceptional service of the last few times. Claudia Zale was my sales associate and she was assisting me and another family member with the resetting of family diamonds. She made the experience so wonderful and as a result we have beautiful pieces that will be adored and cherished for another generation! Thank you, Claudia and Lee Michael for your attention to detail and your tender loving care of our family heirlooms!

My shopping visits to Lee Michaels Lafayette store are always an enjoyable experience. My salesperson, Katarina, is the best. She always has a smile on her face and is so knowledgeable about any jewelry I’m interested in. I would highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs.

Although this store is part of a chain, you'd never know it. From the moment you walk through the door you experience that "family" owned business atmosphere! All workers greet you with a smile & are so helpful. I was waiting for the sales associate I always use and another associate helped me until she was free, even though they work on commission. Great store, with wide range of prices & merchandise, and excellent employees!

Lee Michaels Jewelry exceeds expectations in both quality selections and customer service! Rebecca is amazing in her ability to pinpoint a customer's individual tastes! She then will steadfastly work to find that shining piece above the rest to add to your forever collection. The best part is that she is so sincere in her efforts that you leave feeling as if you have gained a friend!
