Lee's Air Conditioning Company is truly the best. We called for an appointment and they were out the next day. Jose B came on time (which is so unusual these days with most companies)!! He was the greatest.....was very thorough and helpful in helping us resolve the problem and all concerns we had. He offered us some great advice, along with some helpful recommendations. He was an extremely friendly guy and so easy to talk to. Wouldn't ever recommend ANY other company then Lee's. They truly provide the friendliest and best customer service any company could ever offer.

Jose came by for my regular service, he's taken care of us before and is always great. Polite, fast and efficient. Lees installed my new AC a couple years back when the old one died mid July. When the sales guy (Aaron IIRC) came out to give me a quote he brought us a portable AC to use whether we went with them or not. My family lived in one room for ten days because my old house needed all new ducting, unit relocation and new insulation. They were professional the whole time and they didn't leave until everything was to our satisfaction. Great company

We had a great evaluation and installation performed by these very professional men. This company did a first rate job of replacing a two unit air and two unit heat system with one heater and one air that are efficient and properly installed. We are very happy with the final product and and look forward to enjoying a comfortable cooled/heated home. The company takes care of paper work for PGE rebates as well as offers interest free financing. Few local companies are going this extra mile for their customers.

We called Lee's Air on a Monday night because our AC stopped working in 100+ degree weather. The next morning Aaron came over. He was very friendly and helpful and we decided it was time to purchase a new AC unit, new heater and some duct work. Early on Friday, Pedro and Kody showed up, they even called us when they were on their way. They were very polite and professional, they explained what they needed to do and immediately got to work. They worked hard for almost 10 hours determined to get it done so we could have AC that night. They took great care and went the extra mile as far as customer service goes. They wore booties so they didn't get the carpet dirty, they even vacuumed when they were done. Our AC works great and it's all thanks to the team down at Lee's.

The service is top notch! I called on Saturday early evening because my air conditioner stopped working, and they were at my home Sunday morning. Ernesto was so professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and was honest and genuine. My air conditioner is working wonderfully and even better than before it went out. This is now the company my family and I will use for all of our regular maintenance needs from now on.
