They have a Groupon Deal for this location. Can't beat cheap plus deal.

Lee's Sandwiches are the best Banh Mi in my opinion. Tried other places, but I still think Lee's is much better than the rest.  And it doesn't matter which location you  go to.  Consistency is the key.

Great food!   Very clean they have macaroons and deli manJoo. Great service. They were very kind.  They have trays of sandwiches we buy for our weekly meeting at work and it is always great.

This place is hardly busy. Park in the parking structure closer to the theater side for more open spaces. 

They offer a Groupon deal: $12 for 4-$5 worth. I combined this with ebates and wait for Groupon to have deals so I paid like $10.xx for $20 worth. 

The sandwiches are mediocre. I grew up eating bomb banh mi at mom n pop shops or donut shops since early 90s... so the sandwiches are nothing spectacular. The coffee is great for a pick me up, just don't drink it too fast and let it water down a bit or you get the jitters.
