school was absolutely amazing, a lot better education then most, dont take the school for advantage and end up going to a military school like me, teachers are nice at north, foods questionable, but football team is great, coaches are nice and understanding. library view is spectacular, teachers are always there if you need help and/or have questions

This school has the best music department, plus we have the best view in Lee's Summit from our library! (Never thought I'd be so excited about a library, but it is actually cool and isn't just for picking out books or studying. My friend's and I actually hook up a game cube there and play almost every day!)

The school does great at certain things but not so well at others. The graduation requirements seem fairly strict and most students have to take summer school in order to get all of the credits they need to graduate and get all of the classes that they want to take for their future careers. The Sexual Education program needs to be reformed. It shouldn't be abstinence only anymore, as abstinence only Sex Ed has been proven to be less effective at preventing std's and teen pregnancy. Overall, the school is very good and ranked one of the highest public high schools in Missouri.
