I've been to a lot of nail salons and this one is the best by far! Anna is amazing! She is very friendly, professional and talented. You can tell she takes pride in her work and has customized her business based on her experience and knowledge. She goes above and beyond to be sanitary which is not something you see all the time. Her designs are done by hand and amaze me every time. Anna is the best and I can't imagine going to anyone else. One tip for new customers...make sure to book her in advance since she's very popular!

My daughter and I went to their location for a mani-pedi with a gift card for $50.00. Upon entering she asked if the gift certificate was good at their location. We were told yes and continued to receive our services. At checkout they changed their mind about the use of the gift card, saying that it wasn't theirs and that their employee was new and didn't know any better. So they made me pay the complete amount for my services even after they had originally said they would accept the gift card. They did not offer us any compensation or apology for this occurrence, and I find it bad business practice to not even try to compensate a little or follow through on the word of your employee with a matter like this. I feel that we were lied to and taken advantage of by this shop. BEWARE people, this may happen to you too!!! BOTTOM LINE.......FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!

I have been twice and I love how they treat there customers. It's a clean and nice. I like it and so do my daughter's.

Terrible got acrylic nails and the ended up popping off completely one of which split my actual nail in half. She didn't even give my nails shape or talk to me she literally ignored me the whole time. Don't go here bad service and bad quality techs.

Huge scam!!! If you get a gel fill, they charge $22. After they are finished, they ask if you want a gel top coat, for an ADDITIONAL $25. If you say no, they put a regular top coat on top of the gel which doesn't work. It is rough and sticky. I have never heard of any nail salon not including the gel top coat let alone charging an additional $25. They did that to me and then to my daughter a few days later. They are close to Disney so they take advantage of all the tourists, regular customers are irrelevant. There are three more salons less than a mile down the 192. SKIP THIS ONE.
