Very Friendly and Accommodating. They make the whole process of getting or changing insurance very easy. Been a long time customer.

Takes 3 days to get an ID Card. When it does go through, something is wrong. You then have to call back again, (what do you know, he's busy) and wait another 3 days to get a card. Hire another person that can make policy changes and maybe you won't have the issues you'll continue to face.
