I found a Jeep I wanted to buy here, but no one responded to emails, answered the phone, or was available on site. I don't know how they sell anything if they don't respond to customers. UPDATE: I finally made it there when someone was on staff. He wasn't interested in selling me a car. He handed me the key to look at but stayed inside at his desk. He wasn't friendly or forthcoming with any information about the vehicle. I went somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!!!Bad transaction. The salesman/owner/ whatever he is ....shady guy! Offered us a free warranty on the transmission. Fine. The transmission completely went out 10 days later. Fine. Except when I went to use the warranty...he had never paid it up to date so it was null and void. Sitting in the office with him while he attempted to fix the situation, the warranty faxed him the proof of non payment....along with 2 other vehicles that he hadn't paid the warranties on!! $2800 to rebuild the transmission. Vehicle cost $4500. STAY AWAY!!!!

There was serious structural damage to a vehicle we were looking at that was not apparent from the photos we viewed online. I came in and left immediately within 2 min of inspecting the vehicle. To me, a company should post images of any damage and provide an explanation a priori.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Legacy Auto Sales. I typically do not take time to write about experiences, but in this case I find it important to do so. The automobile we purchased was in good shape and are pleased with it. Joe, our Salesman, indicated Legacy Auto would replace the driver's side mirror, the missing visors and the dashboard knobs. He also indicated to bring the car back the following Saturday so they could install these items and detail the vehicle as well. I brought the car back the next Saturday and was told by Adam, the Owner, he had the mirror, visors, but no knobs. He also was prepared to hand me the items so I could install them when I told him that is not what Joe had told me Legacy was going to do. We exchanged a few more words and he told me he would try to have the business next door take care of it before they closed at 2:00 pm. I came back shortly after 2:00 pm to pick up my car and those items were installed, although I ended up reinstalling visors because they were installed backwards. The car was not detailed either. I did not bother to push the issue of the passenger air bag being disengaged since it was obvious that would go nowhere with Adam. The issue is not specifically the car. It is a decent vehicle as I stated previously. The issue is neither Joe nor Adam seem to talk much about their discussions with customers. The left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing. The 2-star rating is for the overall poor experience we received from these two. Just beware before you shake hands for the final agreement.
