I have been working with Curt as my real estate agent for over a decade, and will continue to do so when and if the need arises.  He came highly recommended, both personally and professionally which was very important to me.  He first assisted me in selling my mother’s condo. After she passed, Curt was the first call I made when it came time to sell the unit. He got me back what I had paid for it and then some!  

When it came time for me to sell my 43 year old house, Curt was the only agent I would consider. In a failing housing market, he assured me I would have no problem selling my home.  Not only was he right, but he had an offer of full asking price within a few hours of posting on his website...before it actually hit the market! Within 24 hours we had a bidding war on our hands, and I couldn't have been happier with how Curt handled the process.  He also represented me when I purchased my present home at a new Toll Brothers community in the area.  Having Curt by my side and representing my interests in that purchase was invaluable.

Being first time home buyers, we wanted to make sure we chose the right real estate agent for us. We did most of our research online and found that Curt at Legacy Land & Homes, LLC came highly recommended. So we decided to work with Curt and we're extremely happy to have made that decision. 

Curt, was very responsive whenever we had a question and extremely knowledgeable. His support and guidance were invaluable,since we were buying our first home.Curt's easygoing nature and earnest willingness to help made the experience less stressful. We wouldn't have been able to get through this process without Curt. 

We've already started recommending Curt to family and friends.Should we ever move in the future, we will definitely be working with Curt.

My wife Dawn and I worked with Curt to purchase our first home and we both really can’t say enough good things about Curt. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. (we found out a few years later some of the time included a ½ day of a day he took off to be with his family.

Curt answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home is challenging to be sure, but working with Curt made it as painless and straightforward as possible.

I highly recommend Legacy Land & Homes. Curt led my husband and myself through our first home buying experience. He really listened to what it was we wanted and worked diligently to find us just that. He was very knowledgeable and his use of technology really streamlined the process.

I had to sell my family home in Wappingers Falls in 2012.  The market was just starting to come back slowly.  The sale was difficult bc I lived there for 25 yrs. and it was hard to move on. Curt was so patient and had awesome advice for prepping the house for show.  Curt lined up so many brokers to come through those first few weeks.  We sold in 6 weeks!!!  We also got the price we wanted too. I would totally recommend his service for selling a home. 

 I also used Legacy to purchase my townhouse.  He took me all over until I found a neighborhood I was comfortable with.  Negotiated a great deal for me.  Always returned phone calls and was so very helpful.  Good guy.  Family guy.  Again I would totally recommend Legacy for any real estate transaction.  👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
