Of course my furnace decides to die while it is literally snowing last night and the forecast is below freezing (crazy in Seattle).  I called legacy one heating late expecting to get a voicemail but as I was about to leave one, I was being called back.  Explained what was going on and they made it work to come out the next day (today) and  take a look.  They had it diagnosed and bid in an hour or so, told me the part was going to take a day to get but made a few calls and was able to come back out, same day, to get it installed.  So impressed with the workmanship and the fact they stayed late to get us back up and running.  On top of that, he reconnected my wireless outdoor sensor for me that hadn't worked for over a year.   Charles went above and beyond for us and I'd recommend them to anyone.  Thanks again!   House is already 70 again and more snow in the forecast.  Very happy

Karl came out to identify the problem with my failed forced air gas furnace---it had mysteriously failed the night before (in late January), so the house was definitely cold and we were really wanting some heat. He was very personable, professional, and thorough. He identified and fixed the problem, and got the furnace working again within less than half an hour of arriving. He also answered my questions about the heating system, and gave advice on maintenance, and eventual replacement (which I knew was already looming on the horizon). He definitely did not try to sell me on anything more than what I'd originally brought him in for---and that was very welcomed. I will definitely recommend him to friends, and call him again with any future issues.
