I have been utilizing Legacy Roofing for a few years on both residential and commercial projects. I originally connected with Legacy on a positive referral from someone else when I was needing to do a challenging commercial tear-off project including high end shingles and new flashing. Legacy Roofing worked proactively from initial contact to quoting, mobilization, execution and ultimately warranty inspection and paperwork. In essence, they did what they said they would, and when they said they would do it. The quality of work performed by Legacy's crew was top notch and what little punchlist they had was handled swiftly and to my total satisfaction. The crews kept the site clean and performed their work in accordance with the needed safety requirements. When finished, I had total confidence that our new roof would perform as needed to sustain weathertightness for some very expensive finishes we were installing below....not one leak, and the first winter, not one ice dam! Afterward, I then referred Legacy for a few residential re-roofs for this same client. Once again, Dave Sipes as project manager, along with his crews performed excellently. Most recently I have needed to re-do the roof on my own residence, and there was only one company I went to...the Legacy Roofing team. Once again, they have been quick and responsive, including patience with my needs and added requests. They understand my urgency and have provided a fair quote and will start on schedule despite my short notice. I continue to make Legacy my first referral when someone asks me if I know someone that I trust in the roofing business!

Great work and professinal employees. The salesperson didnt pressure us, fully explained their process, costs, and quality materials they use. They weren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Legacy roofing were the most knowledgeable, and spent the time to help educate what you get for the price. The work was worth every penny.

They did my roof a year ago. They were very professional and great. They had my roof almost done by noon. I appreciate them more as I am watching another company doing my neighbors roof take 8 hours to remove the old one.

Legacy did a great job on my roof! I wasn’t sure how the process would go since this was the first time I needed a roof replaced. However, I appreciated the time the salesman took to explain to me what exactly needed to be done. Also, the crew did a good job getting my roof done efficiently. Before this whole experience I had heard horror stories about other roofing contractors, but Legacy was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.
