Sadly I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. After banking here for a bit over a year with a business account and a personal account, and many of my employees opening bank accounts here, they have failed me. I got locked out of my account due to their horrific website login system. The account went negative and I did not realize it until I was able to gain access again. I called my banker, Mark, to fix the situation and he would only undo one of the NSF charges. Thanks Mark. Great to know that when my accounts are flooded with cash you are my best friend, but when I make a mistake you are absolutely unwilling to help. Good riddance!

Absolute horrible, unprofessional staff members.  Mark stated "I got your message and phone number, but couldn't understand your name"....Justification for failure to return the call???  Really?!!?  Here is a professional suggestion:  "Hi, My name is Mark, I am returning a call to this number due to a message left, but it was garbled and I could not hear the name.  Am I calling the right party?"  No customer service, but a TX size BAD attitude.  He also said, "You only left your first name, phone number, wanted answers to your questions, and...I don't even know who you are".  WOW, yet another inept, ill-mannered response! Your job is to call people who left you messages, to work with people you do not know.  This was not a personal call, it was a BUSINESS call.  Your world and business must be pretty small to ONLY deal with people you know!  Not the way to get new business either.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  SIX other staff members acted the same way in a 24-hour period.

very personable, where they know my name from inside lobby or thru drive thru. i bank here which is 22 miles north of the Grand Prairie location  (closer to my house) inside of Albertsons. At that location, they well suck. It must be the training location, as turnover seems pretty high. maybe thats why they never learned my name.
