The staff here are very rude  and don't give a . .  .. about no one after a case if thinking about hiring them DON't after your case u on your own to collect court orders u get they will not help u out no more and after court done they close the case and the so called lawyer not there no more

Useful but always understaffed so they cannot provide help to most people. It is an awesome resource tho and worth a shot if you need legal help but can't afford to hire an attorney.

Legal aid transferred me and I was on hold for 45 min before I hung up.... I need help with probate and family death...little upsetting, but others needed help too .. will try again

They are helpful in many different ways. They take the time to understand your needs, or situation.

No help whatsoever.

The people who work there were very nice but I do have to be honest. Not very helpful at all. But that's not there fault it's these stupid going no where laws.
