A complete waste of time. Save yourself a wasted trip and gas by doing research for any civil matter on your own, they simply do not have the resources to help and they are more interested in class action lawsuits. There's simply not enough laws to protect consumers or renters in Orange County and the state of CA and the Legal Aid's aren't aggressive enough to go after the state to change the laws. CA is hopeless and so is Legal Aid.
