This is my honest review. I contacted LSCD after being told by the Community Legal Aid of Delaware that they were unable to help me in my landlord -tenant issue. Once I finally got a chance to talk to the pro bono attorney, she gave me general information and told me my two options. When talking to her, it seemed that I knew more than her, and even gave her the form name and number that I should use when filing, which she had to look up. I went back to her and emailed a case update, letting their office know all the details of my case and what I plan to do. She got snappy and emailed me saying she will not represent me and "reiterated" what she said in our conversation. I was fine as I know how to do filings and what I need to do. I filed and got my case hearing accepted when the Legal Aid of Delaware said I could not do that, and notified the office that I did file. They, in return sent me a snappy email basically saying what the previous email said and said, "There is nothing further we can do". Yeah, I know. That is why I always do all the work and represent my own cases and win. If you want a good attorney to get advice from, contact attorney Paul Enterline of Georgetown Delaware.

Call to ask questions and they wrote happy to provide actual legally correct information that allowed me to make a much more informed decision that without their FREE information, I worked not have make the same choices and the outcome may not have been in my favor.

Been calling for a little over a month left several messages to the point I’m upset and disappointed. They don’t return your calls nor did they email me when I left that information on the voicemail as well.I’m disabled and really need there help why have a service that you aren’t providing for the people who really need you please do better and give me a call back or just discontinue this service

I was given a referral to use Legal Services of DE. I have been calling for over 2 weeks leaving messages! I haven't received a call back as of yet.  I've left over 6 messages on the extension line and on the intake line! I would like to know who sponsors this corporation to ask who would donate to an organization that don't even return calls. From the reviews I have read it seems that people are volunteering and donating their money but who's really being helped! Thank God I actually came up with the money myself to provide legal services, but I'm more concerned for the people who cant afford it and  need it, but receiving this treatment in the community from a  non profit organization that was made to help!  I am going to be reaching out to some sponsors to see if they are aware of these reviews.

I was told that they violate  clients and former clients trust all the time and that came from an attorney.You think they’re going to help you with your case just to find out they’re only phishing for the other person your having the problems with and possibly betraying your trust with them. Trouble Makers and even going as far to find a loop hole with your income to just not help you. Best to talk to someone that’s going to do the job.

10/10 highly recommend! If you are having any issue where you think you need legal services, I'd advise you to give them a call. You call, leave a message, with your name, number, and reason for calling, and they do respond fairly quickly. If they cannot help you with the matter you bring forth, 9/10 they have the numbers of other resources that will be able to help! Hope this helps!!!

At first I wasn't sure if he could help me, then I put my own papers in and another lawyer was trying to get ahold of me I was really done with them. Then I called and Gayle met me at the court house she was really on my case not like the guy I had saying he didn't do the kind of work that I filed. They do thank God I called cause Gayle Lafferty brought it home, she's the best

I have no details everything I said was on the phone. They were courteous and kind. That's all I expect and I got it!
