This place is ok. The lady at desk look depressed and doesn't know much about customer service. I gave them 4 stars because their rice and lamb is great. Also try their cheese steak. You will not be disappointed

First couple times I ordered from this restaurant the food was “ok” to say the least. However, just lastnight I placed an order with them online for the first time... HORRIBLE! When I received the order I noticed the specific instructions I gave weren’t at all applied to what my order actually was when I received it. After getting my food I realized something I had ordered, paid for, and was clearly on the receipt wasn’t at all in my bag. I immediately called the delivery guy soon after. He told me “they” didn’t give him the item so I needed to call the main number so someone else could bring it to me. I then called them, they told me “ok, someone would be out to bring it”.....NEVER received it that night! Said all that to say, I believe this company is very unprofessional and does not exemplify great customer service. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This was my very first time ordering takeout from this place and needless to say it became my very last, I called in my order at 9:22pm called in at 10:06 only to find out my order wasn’t even put in so I had to wait another 40 mins for my food. My food then arrives roughly around 11pm. And these people gave me the most hairiest chicken I have ever seen feathers were all over multiple pieces of chicken I was discussed. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Their carry-out large pizza deal is the perfect price/taste combo. We keep going back for more.

I order 4 days a week regularly. Was going to order today but the adult female hoodrats that work the counter are rude and loudmouth. Zero respect for a customer asking a simple question. Try not to place an order if you see one on her personal phone or while they're in a group huddle. Asked to speak with owner or manager and apparently the person is NEVER there I was told. Great pizza and food otherwise. Will never order from them again until some changes are made at the counter. As an African American male I would normally expect some sort of disrespect from a foreigner working the phone or counter. Though I am not surprised the rudeness and attitude came from an African American female. I would've given ZERO stars if I could.
