We are a comic book store in Racine, Wisconsin that sells New and back issue comics as well as Silver Age, Golden Age & Bronze Age comics, Toys, Games, Vinyl LP's and much more. We opened On Thanksgiving weekend of 1991 and have been in business for twenty two years. Legendary Comics Store is the only comic store in Racine that has been open the longest amount of time! Thanks to all our customers for a very successful FREE COMIC BOOK DAY this year & one of best Sales yet! We special order and ship comics out of state.
We accept all charge cards and we are and authorized CGC dealer.

Legendary Comics is a great store. It isn't large and can be quite unassuming on first visiting, but the owner will go out of his way for you. Time and time again he has come up with great silver age stock that I've been looking for. He provides a discount for regulars using his subscription service and as he gets to know you and your tastes in comics he will even set things aside reserved for you that he thinks you might be interested in (with no obligation on this extra stuff.) What it lacks in size it makes up for in hospitality and service.

This is not a huge store, but they have a good inventory of new comics and back issues, as well as books and some toys and other collectible items. Most importantly, their owner is friendly and provides a full service shop. If you can't find what you want, he will order it for you. He also provides a subscription service (with a small discount) for regular customers. I switched from an online subscription service to this store and have never regreted the choice. If you're looking for your friendly neighborhood comics store you need look no further than Legendary Comics, Racine.
