We traveled as part of a group of 28 people. We used Adele at Legendary World Travel. She was excited to collect her commission, but once we were booked, she was no where to be found. Return calls took over a week, at times. Adele gave us numerous "gifts" that turned out to be complementary gifts of the cruise liner. 
The final straw was finding out that she had booked each and every activity at a huge premium. We participated in several activities that other cruise guests booked for less that half of what we paid using Adele. Buyer Beware!!!

Adele and I have worked together professionally since 2011. Right away I noticed her energy and motivation to make a positive difference in all that she does. Adele's first priority when working with groups is their quality, awesome experience. She attends to every detail in a methodical process, and I hear again and again that her group coordinators re-book with her.
