Story

Owners Steve and Nora Arnstad welcome everyone who is ready for a real gym experience like no other. You will not be just another number when you walk in the door. We will always be there to help you with your fitness goals, nutrition needs and provide you with help you need while you are working out. Legends is a family that invites everyone from the health enthusiast, to the moms who lift, to competitor and Powerlifter.
We offer a great group of personal trainers to help you meet your goals, but 'You' will always be legends focus.

It is an amazing gem that is tucked away in South Loveland. Driving up to it, the place doesn't look like a gym. Once you are inside, the staff is nice and the place looks great! I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new gym!

Fun inviroment and a ton of knowledgeable people there to help you.  If you have any questions on  form our a better way to work a muscle Amy of them are glad to show you.

This place has decent equipment, but could use regular cleaning. I went there for 2 months and I didn't notice any cleaning in the locker room or around the gym the entire time.

This is the best gym around by far.  The friendliest staff with the most knowledge around.  They have a full supplement shop in front with good prices as well.  It's the most comfortable place I've ever trained!
