My third visit on 4/21/17. I went the very first week when it opened and it has gone downhill since. This is a Lego place, and kids should be able to build. They removed a Racers table and it is very hard to build your own "Soapbox" car now. Not many pieces and wheels to choose from. The section behind the pedal cars has been replaced with a "City" section and it is terrible. No pieces to build with. And the "Master builder" hourly build has changed. You were able to keep your creation, now you have leave it, and take it apart before you leave. It's looking more like an unsupervised city park that's been left under managed. Even the store was light on product. Yes, I understand it is a school vacation week and it gets very busy, but even grocery stores order more milk before a snowstorm. Sorry, just underwhelmed and I expect more from Lego.

It was too expensive for what we got and we had a miserable looking, kind of rude "tour guide". So I wouldn't recommend it. For $100 (NOT including $25 at the gift shop) we were at the Lego land for about 2 hours (we spent 30 min in the gift store, watched the featured 4D movie, looked at all of the exhibits, built with Lego's and played on their playscape. We did not eat their expensive food). We were told the kids were going to get a gift at the end, after putting in the time & effort to fill out and stamp each of their 12-card "mission packs" that hung around their necks, but all they got was a cheap looking clip on button, very disappointing. We won't go again. The kids liked the CT science center better, in Hartford CT. It's better priced, 4 enormous floors and a ton of things to do.

If you live nearby and your kids are into Lego then the membership is a great deal. Not only are you able to go whenever you want without advanced booking but they also organize member only events every few months. My boys love the ninja training and the laser shooting ride. They could do just those two for a couple of hours. Beside that they have a Lego Friends section test ramps for self-built Lego cars, a Lego movie theater playing Lego shorts, a flying ride that requires some energy expenditure to fly higher through the bicycle, guided builds with an expert once an hour and a viewing section of Boston in Lego that is somewhat interactive and very cool. They also do birthday parties and they have a cafeteria with a fair amount of selection although not much healthy or gluten free. Their policy is no outside food and when I tried to get away with it based on allergies they did not waiver and we were told to put our food away. It gets very busy during peak hours so it definitely pays off to try to go during the week.

Very small. Maintained very well and themed well, however it's expensive for what is offered. My 3 year old loves it here. I would expect to spend between 1 and 2 hours here.

Very small. A few nice displays. The 4D movie was barely 3d. The glasses don't seem to be cleaned between uses (ick). Ours were smudged and we could barely see through them. The kids were bored in about 30 minutes. Also, you never know what price you will get. Website says one thing but what you end up paying is anyone's guess. On the way out, there is a touchscreen to do a survey. It was broken. Several displays were also broken. Definitely not worth the money. Also, there was only a few sandwich and fruit options in a cooler. No real food service. Overall a very disappointing experience. 😕
