Called Leisure Pools and had a genuine conversation with the owner's wife and even his young son. I was impressed. She granted me a appointment for a person to come out and give me an estimate and graphic design. Well...I should say "The End". Person never called. I called several times. A lady called and set up an appointment. She never showed. I called. A gentlemen said he would get on it. Still no call x 2 days. Called back, same man said the person said she didn't think she came to my area but no one ever called me. During our conversation, I mentioned that this was a red flag...he said " your right" and hung up. I WILL NOT CALL THEM BACK! I have $75,000.00 to give to someone else.

I called on July 31st,  talked to a man that answered,  told him  I wanted an estimate on a pool cover,  they said they would call me by the end of the  week,  Today is 8/8 and I have not hear a thing from them,  no response from my request thru their website....   I will not use this company again.

I had an estimate scheduled for today to get a quote for a pool, and received a phone call and an email saying that they were running 15 min late, after a hour and a half I decided to call them back to see if they were going to make it to our appointment, The lady on the phone replied oh yeah that came by and your house is on a hill so we decided we couldn't do the work.  I think that if they were really a professional company they would have at least called and said something but No CALL NO SHOW.  Showing how much they appreciate people would were interested in giving them business.   Anthony & Sylvan Pools came out and were glad to do the work and seem much more professional.  So I guess they will be getting my business.
