Clubhouse 3 is composed of many small meeting rooms. Many of the LW clubs meet here. The Video Producers Club has a dedicated room.

Clubhouse 3 in Leisure World Seal Beach California has a large air conditioned lobby with central fireplace with losts of seating to relax an read a book or meet a friend to socialize.  The clubhouse has nine meeting rooms and the lobby, the residents and clubs can reserve to use.  There are vending machines outside the north exit doors at lobby for coffee and beverages.  The Leisure World private buses stop at West side of the building.  There normally is ample parking at all sides of the building, except when there are large events held in the adjacent Clubhouse 4, who shares the Commons parking lot.
