I have an update to my most recent experience with Lem Garcia Law. Unfortunately, I recently had a car accident. I was rear ended at a stop light. My wife and I were shaken up by the incident. A midsize SUV rear ended my smaller Honda so you can imagine. Because of my great experience last time with Lem I had no hestitation seeking his help. 

Lem and his team were able to take care of us and make sure we got the care we needed. 

His service was excellent and he made the whole process seamless. From getting our necessary treatment to dealing with the other party that hit us. I never had to worry about a thing. I'd recommend him and his team to anyone I know. 

First experience:
I recently moved office locations and hired a moving company. They broke our $5,000 conference room table and did not want to take responsibility. I called up Lem and asked him for legal advice on the matter. 

I was able to take that knowledge and get the matter resolved. They are now fully reimbursing us for the cost of the table. 

This particular situation was not something that Lem's practice focuses on but he was still able to help me out. He was very friendly and responsive. If I am ever in need of help with an accident I fully trust in Lem's practice and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

This guy and his staff are great, I got into a car accident my car was totaled and I got injured in was going though the guys insurance that didn't really care what else I was going though, for example I had no car they only allow me to have the rental for 7 days, when I was explaining to them I work and I need a way to gethe there they kept telling me well that's a problem you must deal with because we only worry about thevery claim you have place for us, I wasn't believing what I was hearing. I'm hurt and stressing out, not getting sleep,barely eating it was bad, lucky for me my brother was able to loan his car that I'm truly thankful for, but I was still upset with the whole insurance BS I was dealing with they never return my calls they call back call telling me they never got my calls or voice mail, so on day I was at my sister and she told me about Lem Garcia. Made appointment and arrive at his office and already the guy was giving off a positive vibe, he heard my story about everything just listened for there he already knew how to handle this and said thank you for choosing me to take care of this for me, so as he got to work, he sent me to get treated. It dose take a while so be patient hahah, but he was able to get what we needed and give me a good settlement and to some this up to whoeveris reading this go to this guy check him out he will fight for you and take care of you trust me because I'm glad I did:)

I cannot emphasize how blessed I was to come across Lem's website earlier this year when I was desperately looking for help with my case.  I was in a horrid accident where I was severely injured.  At first I tried dealing with insurance on my own and was getting the runaround for a few months.  I began consulting with a few firms and everyone I spoke to pushed hard for a lawsuit because I made the naive mistake of agreeing to a recorded statement with insurance before finding representation.  I was told that what I said was going to make my case very difficult and a lawsuit was my best option.  Of course I didn't want that because I had accumulated over $100,000 in bills related to the accident not to mention I still needed treatment for other things.  If I lost (which was definitely possible) I knew I'd be stuck with a much bigger problem.  

As I was about to sign with another attorney I gave it one last shot and googled personal injury attorneys one last time and found Lem's website.  And when we met in person he was everything he said on his website:

1.  He was always reachable.  If he didn't answer his phone right away he always got back to me at least within a few hours and usually much less.  I was always able to visit him at his office but he did offer to come to me whenever I had conflicts.  He handled the entire case on his own and it was really nice not having to worry about it while I was still recovering.

2. He cared.  He made sure I was comfortable with every decision which is not something I found in other attorneys.  Other attorneys seemed intimidating and at times even condescending and it was often hard to disagree because I'm not at all knowledgeable in law.  However, Lem explained everything, made sure I understood, made suggestions, but always left everything up to me.  He would also ask me about my injuries and showed concern over what I was going through.  I felt cared about and knew my case was in the hands of a trustworthy person.

3. He succeeded at what other attorneys said was unlikely.  Even with my stupid recorded statement he not only got the insurance company to cover my injuries but got the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT.  I was so impressed by this because it was an outcome so far and beyond anything I expected.  On top of that he lowered my bills by tens of thousands of dollars.  He called every. single. one. and negotiated a lower price and I am 100% confident that I got the maximum compensation possible.

I'm very happy with the outcome of my case.  If you're still trying to decide on representation just give him a call. You'll see what all of these 5-star reviews are talking about.
