I was there for a 4 day basketball tournament. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean. There are only two courts in the building, but it is super loud inside. The building is on the backside and there is no signage to guide you to the location. My GPS had no problem with directing me to the proper building.

Very reasonably priced at $25/ mo, really decent strength training equipment. They have 3 Olympic platform/squat racks, plyometric boxes, a variety of plate stack-machines and universal cable machines, a smith machine and leg press, and cardio equipment (if you're into that). They have a few classes but I haven't tried them. They're always pretty full, so they seem popular. Basically if all you care about is getting a decent workout, skip that expensive mega gym down the street, you know the one, "strife-time" or "life-crime" or something, and come here. It's always pretty quiet. I feel bad keeping this super secret workout spot to myself, though. :)
