Homes are okay, but dream finders has better homes, and the area, while beautiful, is wind blown and cold.

We are the same way keep getting passed by for repairs. 
The workmanship is terrible not one thing isn't the cheapest you can find.
New home just got there landscaping but we've been here two months and still waiting.
they can't even fix a back sliding screen door they've tried 3 times and just brought other bent one they take from other homes. floors squeak had to fix myself. 
water drainage problems water leaking out of street from who knows where the water is coming from.
What a mess  anyone want to buy a new home so i can get the heck out of this mess..
