Consistently the worst customer service on display here. I've visited a dozen times and have never heard a "Thanks", or "How can I help you?" from their staff. Instead, they behave like they're being inconvenienced by your business. Also, forget about bringing your empty bottles here for recycling: they stop collection at 5pm (just when you finish work) and interrogate you each time by asking if you'll buy something to make it worth their time. Last I checked, liquor stores have a duty to recycle empties regardless of whether a customer buys something or not. 

Bizarrely, one time the old guy behind the counter was practising his gambling skills by shaking dice in his dice cup! It was very noisy and inappropriate. This isn't a casino, please focus on serving your customers. 

This place has higher prices than other stores, which I wouldn't mind paying in exchange for somewhat friendly service and the convenient location. But honestly the Lennox is just the worst; I am going to drive to another store from now on just to avoid dealing with the terrible staff. I recommend that you do the same.

Went to my local beer store that I have been going too for a year now.  Bottom fell out of the six pack.  Manger came out of his office.  Locked the door to the store and phoned the RCMP while confining me to the store.   After he attempted a couple of racial slurs against me ( I'm white by the way) the clerk, who knows me did the right thing and opened the door.  I then contacted the RCMP myself and cleared the matter.  If I was more well of and could afford it is due these guys right out of business.  Racist manger.  Sad.  So now I go down the road.

Simple but ok if you need help they help you if you don't ask no one will ask you can I help you find something but it's ok that's why only 3 stars
