As a former employee at another location I am sadly disappointed by this visit. My girlfriend and I ordered a 10’’ Italian as well as a 15” Chicken Club. Both subs tasted as they should but weren’t properly put together. The Italian was missing banana peppers, oil, vinegar, mayo and spicy mustard. The Chicken Club was missing the BACON. We received 2 thin napkins and four coupons for $1 off any 7 1/2 inch sub. I’m not sure I’m gonna return to use those four coupons if I can’t even get the veggies and bacon I asked for IN PERSON on my subs. We also received no greeting apon entry which I didn’t find too welcoming. Come on Lenny’s. I worked there when I was 18 and put out way better product than this. 7:00 PM Monday, April 23rd

Usually a big fan of this place, but stopped in this evening and was seriously disappointed. Got there 35 minutes before close and was informed that due to be time no hot subs were available along with there being no tea. Got a 10” Italian and it was borderline inedible, mainly due to the bread. Hard and burnt it tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Not sure what has happened to this location lately, but it has definitely gone downhill. Not sure why you are open until 8 if you stop making half your menu at 7:25.

I would have preferred to submit this to Lenny's directly, but the code we were given on our receipt did not work. Even after multiple tries entering a 13 digit code. 13 digits? Really? I don't think they really want the feedback.
Waited forever go get a sandwich.  Three employees working and four customers in the place.  One employee, the manager was busy watching the game on the TV. 
First sandwich comes out the wrong size.  Instead of immediately fixing it they had us wait until they made sandwiches for the people behind us.
The manager brought the sandwich to us at commercial break of course. Total wait time for a sandwich, 28 minutes.  The manager then hands us three coupons for $2 off subs for the weekend.  This would have been great, but as we leave there is a huge poster that shows a $2 off coupon for everyone.

I'm from Philly so I have high expectations when trying a cheesesteak. Lenny's does not disappoint. My favorite? The chicken cheesesteak. And if I'm in the mood for a sub, the Italian it is. It makes me think I'm back in Philly at an Italian deli.

Came in right before they closed and they gladly took care of me even though they had to pull out stuff already put away for the night. Also super recommend their catering. Great price and great food.
