i have been looking for a good multi specialty Dental office, and finally found this guys, I love the office, the service, and the fact that they have all the specialists in one office is very convenient , the manager is very helpful, he explains the procedures, and how your insurance works, and if any procedure will not be covered by insurance he helps you with payment plans, the doctors are very informative and very nice,  the office is clean , overall I had a very good experience with them . thank you Lenox Dental Arts

I was referred here by Dr. Marsh from the 125th office, because they're affiliated. I waited for 4 HOURS for my "appointment".. I use that word loosely bc it's clear appointments and patients' time mean nothing here. I'm in the medical field and know the difference between an "emergency" taking a bit longer, and insane overbooking of patients. This is the latter, so to the owner & staff: Please do NOT reply with the standard "we had emergencies response."  

I didn't want to cancel or walk out bc I had taken off of work for this. I also learned that I did not get a call the day before to advise me of not eating/drinking for anesthesia, so I had no choice but to do the extractions with local anesthesia. I also wasn't even told the dentist's name, just referred to as the "surgeon". However, they did manage to upsell me into getting another procedure done = more $$. 

They gave me NO information regarding the stitches in my mouth (do they dissolve, need to be removed?) and I just had to call them regarding when my follow up is, bc they didn't give me that either. SMH. The dental surgeon was nice, witty and funny and did good work but this is a mess. I'm still swollen though 3+ days later. I'll go back for my follow up appt  but after that, I'll be going elsewhere.

Dr. Wu was fantastic.  Filled in six cavities and it was painless. I'll recommend Dr.Wu to everyone.

They provided great service. The receptionist was very nice and professional. Also, The dentist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I will be making it my regular place.
