Lenox Fit, Inc. is a Fitness and Wellness Facility located in the heart of the Berkshires in Lenox, MA. We offer cardio equipment, weight training, fitness classes, personal training, massage, nutritional and dietary consulting and coming in the fall of 2015 we will be offering full service physical therapy!
