Went to Seven Springs Autumn fest. Susan the host and Ray thr driver were great - friendly, helpful and fun. Will try Lenzer again soon.

Disappointing customer service. I have been a Lenzner customer at around $200 / month, since this service started in 2011. I recently called the Lenzner office when I discovered I had nine tickets that had expired the month before. They told me Tickets are valid for three months - as marked on ticket. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS! After doing over 11,000 dollars with a business, I was hoping for a little consideration. The Port Authority is more flexible, has better customer service and cost considerably less. The drive to the Port Authority’s park and ride now seems a lot closer than it used to.

Do not ever go on Train of Terror This was the worst tour and waste of time I ever experienced. You were seated on the train and untalented people came back and fourth through the cars. It was like a high priced high school production. The one person, Austin talked about his Halloween decorations being damaged. Tom walked around pretending he was from sling blade, Bernie was the person who blows up bridges, Sparky , I don't know what she was supposed to be. Then, two people would do improvisation. they asked for sayings and put them into a skit. Never did the legend of John Steele and the evil lab of Dr. Crofoot. Items on the itinerary were performed. I don't recommend this anyone. Awful Evening The bus driver and tour guide were excellent !!!!!! Very nice people

Blaring video, said they would turn it down and did't. Ice cold bus. Rude driver and guide. Worst tour group ever!!
