I have been here twice now, this time I actually did go through a transaction with Kayla. She makes the entire process so easy and simple. She is so knowledgeable about the entire jelwery business. I found this location on Google and decided to give it a shot and I am so pleased with the outcome. I was able to turn an old gold chain that's been collecting dust for years into some extra spending cash :-)

Excellent experience, Kayla was very professional and helpful!! While I ultimately did not sell the item I came in for, it was because it's sentimental value exceeded it's monetary value and she did an absolutely fabulous job explaining the details around the item's valuation. Would definitely recommend!

What a great experience! Very comfortable and inviting office. Kayla was professional, courteous and personable. I've had to sell jewelry at other sellers in the past and this was by far the best! I'm glad I made the decision to come to Leo Hamel!

Overall, this was a very professional and easy transaction. Analiza was very respectful and upfront about all of my jewelry. All items were fairly evaluated and individually priced so that I could make an informed decision. Every step of the evaluation was fully explained to me. I highly recommend and will do business again with this company.
