Friendly staff when I first got the insurance but at the end of the day you deal with customer service reps from who knows where? Also the communication between the staff at the store and the actual State Farm is trial and error. I paid for full coverage and after getting in an accident that wasn’t my fault State Farm was very rude and questioning of me. They helped with a rental for a few weeks but it’s been three weeks I haven’t receive my way “low balled” Check for my vehicle they called salvaged. So I have no car no rental and no Check still waiting on them to actually help and not come up with a million reasons to avoid paying me for my car. But they were quick to take my payment when it was due... no offense but they ain’t so friendly now that they gotta help me ...

These guys recently handled financing for my new truck. Hilda was super nice and even stayed late to accommodate me! I highly recommend this office!

Best customer service experience they always find a way to help me in anyway possible and take the time to make sure they get me the best deal

Pretty disappointed in the customer service from this office. They have not called since my husband initially started his policy over a year ago to check on a policy review, or call about additional savings he is eligible for. My husband had to call before his renewal to see if he qualified for a lower premium and the agent said she wouldn't know that he could check when he received his renewal in the mail. Needless to say my husband found another company and when he called to cancel his policy, the agent did not bother trying to see if there was anything they could do to save him from canceling she simply asked him to sign a form.
