Holly provides terrific service and she is my go-to-gal for the perfect trim. My hair is difficult to deal with but Holly figured out a special way to cut it so it is much more manageable. A great salon to visit for "all your hair needs."

I been in Rapid City for years and by far Holly has the best salon in town. She know my hair type and she gave me great advice on how to keep my hair healthy.

Leo Thomas is not your run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter corporate, shiny, sterile, digital salon where the perfect stylists make you feel frumpy and they want your email, phone number & address for their computer system. On the contrary, you are invited to make yourself at home, help yourself to water, coffee or soda and absorb the scene; a scene which is extremely unique, eccentric and fascinating to behold. Here you will find an interesting & laid-back atmosphere with a notebook & pen for appointments and a friendly, real life woman to greet you - reminds me of going to your cool aunt's house :) Holly runs her business in a person-to-person way and backs everything up with years of REAL experience in all areas of beauty. She cares about people, she loves what she does, and is very talented and knowledgeable. I wanted a loose perm for my waist length hair that wasn't tight and uniform, and I didn't want to look like a poodle for 2 months, but I also wanted it to last more than 2 weeks (which is a lot to ask, I know) I was told by many other salons around town that rollers were a thing of the past and that tubes are likely the only option. Well, not at Leo Thomas -- Holly rolled my hair and it turned out PERFECT. Just exactly what I was hoping for! My 21 year old daughter who came with me said she will come here the next time she wants a color or perm for her long hair as well. I also found out that Holly offers princess parties, which you can see would be so very cool & fun for a group of little girls - there is a limo rental - and even wigs! This is a kid-friendly establishment, too, with very reasonable prices. I would recommend...
